June is not only the first month that feels like summer, it’s also one of the most popular months for a wedding. There is something about the third weekend in June, every bride and groom want to get married on the third Saturday. Have you ever noticed? I bet you just went to a wedding this last weekend! The great thing about a summer wedding is that flowers are in bloom, there’s a very small chance of rain and it’s presumable that most prospective guest will be able to attend. The not-so-great thing about a summer wedding is that it’s often HOT. While the wedding party is prepared with professional hair and makeup to withstand the heat, the guest are often not. A girlfriend of mine, who was invited to an outdoor-summer-wedding in Las Vegas asked me what she could do with her hair that would keep it off of her back, but not look too formal. I knew the perfect, quick and easy style to show her. If you have a wedding coming up, give it a try, you’ll look beautiful and hopefully be a little cooler! Happy Friday! I decided to forgo a Friday Favorites post and give you a gift guide for dads instead! One of my closest girlfriend’s husband is SO easy to buy for. He loves to be pampered, loves to shop but also is as manly as they come. There have been countless times I’ve leaned in to give him a hug and he says to me “Kimi, be honest, do you like this cologne?” I die laughing especially since his BFF, my husband, is the complete opposite. My dear husband is so so hard to buy for. I mean, what do you get a man who’s hobbies include flying some custom-made drone (?) or piloting airplanes? Since my Kev has gotten flip flops and a new pair of sunglasses for Father’s day, eight years in a row, I was inspired to come up with some fresh ideas. So, with a little help, here are my top 10 Father’s day gifts. Since we’re down to the wire on time, I listed the stores you can find each item rather than a link. Happy Shopping!
I don’t k now about you, but I could shout it from the rooftops- Happy Friday!!!
Now for this week’s favorite- it’s the solution to a problem I didn’t realize I had when we moved into our new
home. I was so excited to have a real vanity in our new bathroom, but after my swivel salon chair arrived and I began putting my make up and hair tools away I realized a huge design flaw in our bathroom. The vanity, which is built in, has no drawers! Lucky for me, I knew what to do. For years I have admired the Kardashian’s make up storage that often appears on the show. (Judge me for watching if you’d like..I agree their drama is crazy sometimes but I love to see their make up and home decor!) So I did some searching and found the most beautiful make up storage and display. This clear acrylic cube is so roomy, keeps my make up tidy as well as clean and looks pretty on my vanity. I bought the largest cube, but there are smaller sizes that will work great if you have less “daily make up” than myself . They’re a little pricey, but it will last you forever and with a glass-like look, will never go out of style! Also, you can find smaller, clear acrylic make up organizers at places like Home Good or TJ Maxx which are great as well! Until next time- XxOo Spoiled Gal

Happy Monday! In an effort to keep this “quick” here I go:
